Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who tackles Z-grade film generally in the martial arts or horror genre, which is roughly comparable that of The Cinema Snob but tending towards dumb action flicks and an obsession with these films. After getting some attention in the forums of Channel Awesome (under her previous name Obscurus Lupa), she began to review in late 2009. The site remained active until the beginning of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts cover the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Here and here you can see her YouTube videos. Also, you can find them on her Twitter and Tumblr account. Do you want to be as sexy as Allison? Ninja the Mission Force is where you'll find her performing the exercises as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also featured her. He has also had her guest star on numerous episodes of his series Midnight Screenings. She reviews terrible films for children or RiffTrax programs, and also sometimes adult-oriented films (including Baywatch (2017)). In 2009, after reviewing films her name was a hit in the forums of Channel Awesome. Prior to becoming part of the official group of Channel Awesome reviewers, she gained a lot of attention. She has made numerous appearances throughout Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall all the way to Phelous & the Movies. She appeared on many episodes from Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of Channel Awesome's family along with Doug Walker.
